Membership  Process

Thank you for choosing TCAOR/TCMLS, our job is to provide you with valuable benefits, services and educational opportunities designed to enhance your professional image and personal success. We look forward to working with you.
Member Processing Hours
Applications can be made in person at our office between 9:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Appointments are recommended to avoid wait time. Please contact us at 559.627.1776. Applications may also be submitted by fax, mail or email. It usually takes 24-48 Hours to completely process an application (that is complete and includes payment) and start service, but it does vary depending on workloads, etc.
What to Bring
So that we may process your membership application, please bring the following:
-          A copy of your DRE License
-          Your Driver's License or a Photo ID
-          Completed REALTOR® Membership Application with signature of your broker or authorized office manager*
-     A photo of yourself for our records, jpeg format or a photo we can scan or a web url that we can get your photo from
-          Cash, check, money order or credit card for payment

Payment of Fees: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), check, debit card or cash
               Dues and Fee Schedule
* Unsigned or incomplete applications will not be processed.
 ** Dues are non-refundable. If you have paid California and National Association of REALTORS®’ membership dues for the current year, these may be transferred to us if you are joining as a REALTOR®. You will still be required to pay local AOR dues and MLS fees upon joining.
Note: Keys are issued only in person. You may not send another individual to pick up your key.
